Go on the wakey site and all they bang in about is how unlucky they were with injuries part way through the season. How they had the worse injury crisis than any other club.
Everyone seems to forget there were at least two games when we couldn’t even name an 18 man squad!!!
Get our injury problems out of our way and we will do ok. Positive about our recruitment and sezer is the icing on the cake for me.

I think one of the worst things you ever did was get rid of Greg Brown. Since he came to Salford he's kept a small squad pretty much injury free, and we've never been fitter as a squad. certainly made a massive difference at the back end of last season. A very important cog for us, and I think Hudds conditioning and recovery hasn't been the same since.

It’s not only not been the same-it’s been no where near. But money talks.
In the mean time we had staff who put players on the wrong recovery program which resulted in making things worse!

Wasn't the money. He had a massive fallout with Anderson.

We are trying to move on Uate, Frawley and Seb. If we manage to get rid of all 3 then well see Sezer + another signing

Seb - season long loan to Salford.
Uate - seen on twitter training with giants yesterday. Moving on?
Frawley - Being reported on Fax forum "a near neighbour providing them with a half back"

Interesting times... I think that we have definitely strengthened but Sezer will make a massive difference if he comes. If not for the SBW signing an NRL grand final half back, who played a big part in turning around Canberra’s season would be headline news as he should be in his prime.

Equally as important is working out where we stand with Leroy this worries me as his partnership with Jerry was always worth a lot of tries each season. In this years competitive league we can’t afford to carry a player who might play at some point and if there is a risk to his long term health should his knee/s go again. Will Jordan Turner be fit?

If Seb made way for Sezer does Frawley make way for a potential replacement for Leroy ?

Given a couple more smart moves we should see a much better team with some ‘bang’ in the forwards I can see a Sezer/Gaskell half back partnership doing very well indeed behind some go forward.

I think I saw turner in some photos of them training this week but it was difficult to tell if it was him- my son thought it was though.
Don’t think Leroy was in any of them.

No because Grix has already been announced as a Halifax player. Folk on the Fax forum suggesting another signing.
Also heard that Leroy has another pot on. Hope that's not true but if it is that doesn't look promising for this season.
