I could have the wrong player, but didn’t Dale Ferguson receive a bad head injury this season playing for Huddersfield, at the time it was thought he had a stroke.

I'd imagine he would be a higher end earner, but I'm not convinced he would offer good value for money given his injury record. Shame because when fit he's a good player.

Cynics may suggest that they could use us as their 'de facto' reserve team. Remember that DR works both ways! Someone playing well for us might find themselves suddenly playing for Toronto in SL...
Sounds muddled but not being an RFL member do they (although in super league but as we now know SL and RFL are separate entities) have to conform to their rules

Ugh, maybe it's just me but I'm not here for these twitter teases for players right now, especially when all we're announcing are player retentions. It just feels so tone deaf when you consider the fact that we very recently lost five of our best players on the SAME DAY.
We need a whole bunch of good news right now and if Sam Hallas signing a one year deal is all they have then just announce it and be done with it. Don't tease it like it's something worth hyping up.
