Is this based on his performance or just that you have looked at him and decided he looks a bit tubby?

I wasn't there last night but based purely on the stats he was comfortably ahead of our other props both for work rate and impact.

25 tackles, 117m, 12m average gain. I don't think he's "really unfit" personally. Lifted us when he came on. I think he looks a promising signing.

I'd agree with that.
Thought he ran hard and offered a lot of enthusiasm and energy when he came on.
It must be difficult for him to sink down to our level and still appear enthused.

Based on the fact he looked knackered after a couple of runs and was stood with his hands on his hips trying to suck some air in for much if his time on the field. His first run was great and he made 25+ metres and hes obviously a handful but he looks like an impact prop for 2 shortish spells rather than someone who should be playing 25 minute spells like he did last night. I think radford took him off 5 minutes into the 2nd half as he was struggling to keep up
