As everyone says bird dived, he couldnt have dived without the leg lift, ergo, penalty.fact is it was a yellow, its chip wrapping now so irrelevant. I do support players when they Play within but I will not blindly supporyplayers when they offend! I will acknowledge when we are offside, I will acknowledge when we offend in the tackle, that does not make me less of a fan

Still waiting for you to show where the laws state that lifting a leg is a penalty.
Yes it's history now but so is any credibility you had, you have called a player stupid and another players defence in a game shocking yet you call yourself a fan, quite ironic given the stupidity of some posts in the shocking defence of the ref.
Traffic I agree with every word you have written above
NB if it is history and yesterdays chip paper why raise the subject again. Is it because the referees greatest fan is trying to justify the indefensibile

You wont get it because it doesnt exist.... But like trump, NB believes repeating a lie will eventually make it a truth
JESUS WEPT HOW MANY TIMES????? £20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000. The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.
There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them.

Both valid points, still can't work out if the posts are a wind up or delusional. Whatever they are they've been shown as a waste of time and effort reading them, based on very little, if any fact.

Mmmmmm
Lets work on the reasonable premise that the majority of the body's mass is above the thigh and as such the body's centre of gravity is somewhere in the upper body.
Lets also assume that Newton got it right about resultant forces - unless you want to contest that NB.
It doesn't take a huge leap of understanding to appreciate that using whatever contact Brid had with the tackler as a small amount of force, and this combined with his overt lunge and roll, then he could indeed cheat the referee.

This is exactly what happened.
Don't be so silly, the ref can clearly overule Newton's laws, they are paid officials after all.
