We've just lost Kelly again and have a raft of forwards out whereas Wakefield have strengthened. I think we are up against it vs a team in a fight for their lives.
This is bonkers Grand Final talk. Most pundits (not HDM) had us down as 8th or 9th. Let's try and make the play offs first.

Not sure about that, we have brought in a full back who is no better than the two we have already, the other one (Green) isn't allowed to play against you, so I'm not so sure where we have strengthened really, as for being in a fight for their lives, on the past couple of months' games you wouldn't believe it.

Ignore it mate.
She always plays down our chances, highlights injuries, form and now even predictions it would seem, coupled with bigging up the opposition to try and make excuses for a Hull loss, in order to defend, protect the Hull coach and team. It's her thing.
No offence intended to you though Mrs. Barista. Just putting it into context.
I'm light of form, league placings and squad available this should be a victory for us. Especially if we are to mount a serious GF assault. The result at Wakey last year should be enough of a motivation alone for a win Sunday.

If we are serious about reaching the GF let alone having a chance of winning it then games like Sunday against Wakefield are games we should be winning. Yes we've lost Kelly and possibly Bowden and Paea but that is no excuse for us to lose. Wakey are in dire straights in an alarming free fall and look absolutely awful from the team they were earlier in the season.
We have more than enough in the playing squad to get a win and I don't mean any disrepect to Wakey as they are a decent team but right now they are struggling big time. As long as the player stick to the game plan, cut out the penalties, dumb plays and make sure they can keep hold of the ball we should win this game by at least 2 scores.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

It would be the first time we do that for a while!

Maybe but with Leeds hitting some form finally and getting a bye vs Catalans you're in the mix now, a win would probably see you right as can't see London picking up many more points with a terrible points difference. Is Fifita back?

He never went away guys playing on one leg pending an operation when season ends - guy is a star , but only playing shortish minutes .
It’s a massive game for us but so many of our players are out of form or injured be one hell of a result if we won - pains me to say it but we’ll pribably get 14 start on betting.
We are lacking arona , ashurst Johnston , huby (retired) kirmond possibly Miller Pauli but what’s been so odd is we did win a couple games with about 8 -9 out and now we couldn’t score against a team of grannies

Doing it tough for sure and no doubt we'll be favourites but you have home advantage at least. Realistically London need 2 more wins than you in the last 5 rounds, so you should be safe. Chester delivered a really excellent return from the squad he assembled last year, no doubt with a fit set of players you'll go well in 2020. Hopefully get that stadium sorted too.

I can only see London winning two games maximum so every other side at the bottom needs one win because of the points difference. Wakey got to KR if they lose that it might come down to the last game when Wakefield play London.

Agreed. Will be a tough game. The fact that all teams are in the mix for either playoffs (7) or relegation (5) will be seen as an initial success of the new format. You have to take your hat off to Salford. All the disruption they've had and pushing for top 5.
