A real shame that. Hopefully not out for too long, not just from our perspective but also he'll be joining up with the England Knights squad in August.

He'd probably have been ok by Saturday tea time.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

LR is in the Mail saying the CC exit may have done us a favour. I really hope not the same favour as last year, because last year's even earlier exit was meant to be a Defo for the GF

Greeny should play a blinder tonight. He's in the shop window and his form had been pretty good anyway. I'd still like him to stay.

Just got the feeling we may be feeling sorry for ourselves and know we are 4 points ahead of Wigan so losing isn’t a big deal
Predict a 14 point loss - sorry
Of course losing is a big deal, cushion or not. These are professional sports men playing for a professional sports team. Saying it's okay to lose a game is not the right attitude. You play sport to always win but accept losing graciously.
I'll remain cautiously optimistic but fear however you may be right with the attitude.

Despite sitting third they've been pretty good at not showing up when it suits them. I hope it doesn't tonight. They need to sort their attitudes out for the rest of the season if they want to win anything. This is when they'll be judged. Particularly after last year's post semi-final collapse.

Never to be the pedant but we were knocked out of the cup by Saints in the quarters at their place. Sustained a lot of injuries against Fev in the previous round which led to the injury crisis causing the long losing run.
