After a tremendous game, Saturday, we now have accusations on national media regards bottle throwing (I saw 2 plastic glasses go onto the pitch) and claims of racism Is it just our fans that can’t enjoy a day out without getting wasted on alcohol. I’ve been around the block a long time and it seems to have been there forever. I’m no angel by the way. Will the club be punished for the stupid antics of the few? I’m sick of being labelled the scum of RFL. Seriously what can be done to stamp it out?

I saw one plastic bottle thrown at the end of the game, one to many mind.
The majority of Hull supporters are extremely well behaved, and found this to be the case on Saturday.
But as usual the common denominator seems to be alcohol, and a few morons, tarnish our name, regarding the accusations of this journalist, perhaps evidence should be released to the police, if any exists.
I will also say this, in the east stand unreserved this beer throwing does happen, and it’s a shame some mugs ruin it for everyone, probably need to stop beer from being taken into the seated areas from the concourse as a first step.

It’s definitely not just us. Wire have had a set of Let's not use that word please. Cheers. Karen looking for trouble in car parks for a few years now, including Saturday. Rovers had their EDL cohort and Cas had a spell of trouble at games only a few years ago. Wigan have a set of wannabe footy casuals, Leeds fans fight amongst themselves a fair bit which largely goes unreported. The common denominator is drink mixing with existing idiocy, and we’re probably headed the way of football.
Given he was interviewing on camera, with an additional mic, I do hope this ITV journo coughs up some evidence soon.

Exactly cal train, in fact I would go further, let’s have AP getting involved in this accusation, either using the evidence to punish the offender, or bring this reporter to task if none is forthcoming.

The simple thing is to ban alcohol at Sports stadiums Its pathetic why people need alcohol to watch a football or rugby match. Its the same at Airports alcohol causes problems so ban it. years ago lots of people were up in arms about smoking being banned in public places but you get used to it. The same would apply banning alcohol consumption at Sports grounds and airports

You do that and Wizeb will never go to another Hull match again
its only a few idiots, why ban alcohol when the majority enjoy having a drink with no trouble.catch the idiots and jail them for a year.a few yobbos cause trouble at one entrance to paragon station,do they deal with the few idiots?.no they close the entrance.i remember a few years ago a bus driver was assaulted on the Anlaby road service.did they catch the offender?no,but they took the service off at last minute.everyone living on boothferry estate had to walk 2 miles home late at night.i like a drink at a game, especially a big cup match and ive never caused trouble in my life.

I thought this, I read one of his tweets where he said he filmed said incident... So let's see if any evidence comes from it

I wouldn’t disagree with this, although as a lifelong supporter, who enjoys a tipple without ever having caused a problem or made a nuisance of myself due to alcohol, it’s a case of the very small minority spoiling the enjoyment of others, it’s a bugger.
Of course nowadays it’s not only alcohol which seems to fuel the crazy moods of some, drugs are now apparently used now to enhance people’s “pleasure”
Then again, we used to smoke cinnamon sticks behind east park, thinking we were Jimmy Cagney
