Joe brown, Evans, Grant, Flanagan brought in. Surprised Grant in there as Ricketts as been the one impressing in the reserves. Presume Hitchcox injured.

No Hitchcox is a big blow. I was on the fence before the squad was announced, now I can only see a York win unfortunately. And that will pretty much end our playoff hopes.
Heart and Head both saying loss but I know we have it in us to pick up a win if we play to full potential. Deffo feel this is a must win now as had it down as an accepted loss for our back end run in.

So assuming that Hitchcox is injured, the people who got dropped from last weeks shambles are Garside and Doyle - a kid who is making his way in the game, and a guy who also got dropped the last time Kear dropped anyone for underperforming.
He's gonna have stop threatening to drop players - I'm sure they've got wise to the fact that he isn't going to

Assuming Ethan passes his fitness test then I'd go with...
Ryan Evans Brown Webster Grant Keyes Lilley Kirk Wildie Magrin Farrell Hallas Minchella
Flanagan Wood Peltier Storton
Despite him being the best support player we have, I'd say choosing Pickersgill at full back would be a risk for this game as York will kick him to death with the high ball. Oakes for me needs dropping as the try he bombed down the left hand side last was woeful.
Don't think i'm biased...
...i'm just very narrow minded!!!!!!!

I’m really not convinced we need to go back down the route of Ryan at fullback, he’s clearly better on the wing. I think Pickers has played pretty well so I don’t see any need to mess with the backs too drastically. I do wonder if Ethan is still a doubt though, with Grant and Brown in the 19.
I'd rather we go Brown at FB than Ryan. Think he'll go with Pickersgill though. Pickersgill is becoming a good support player, but he really needs to start honing his full back skills. Conceding a 40-20 in the first set on the last tackle like he did last week is is a lack of concentration. And poor positional play.
If we play to our potential I think we can win. York drew against Batley and needed a last second try to beat Dewsbury a couple of weeks a go. We need to be at our best and not our usual slow start though.

I think York will lift for this game though, they know that if they beat us that just about ends our chances of top 5. That by default would almost guarantee a play off spot for them. I would be surprised if this game is settled by more than a few points, I just hope we have the rub of the green!
