I assume it's something like herniated tonsils due to his getting overexcited during his commentary on Saturday?

The phrase politically correct is in itself politcally incorrect so should be rephrased politically stupid!

He actually passed out due to the heat and was taken to hospital, the picture is of him laying down before he was taken to the hospital.
