young players are whats gonna keep us up, the likes of mcintosh, the twins, jake, the polar bears, tommy holmes sam hewitt etc ive said for weeks these kids are been let down by the experienced pros and they all stood up on thursday and put in a great shift, ive seen loads slagging the twins off but apart from 1 early error i thought as usual they were both great.

The older players seem happy to let the kids take the lead and there enthusiasm and how keen they are to do well are great to see, well done to the academy system and more importantly the club for actually putting the funds into the academy to help get these players.

Imagine if we had professionals on the field the likes of fui, hodgson, drew, hinchy, de vere alongside these kids to show them the way.
