As I put on social media this morning after a lengthy chat with Andrew Chalmers - everyone at the Bradford Bulls has been paid on time.

The RFL know who the club is and wouldn’t divulge who when I rang them earlier before the game today.

Case cold from a Bulls point of view.

He also didn't name the club so maybe he wasn't even referring to Bradford? Don't shoot the messenger and all that...

He also doesn’t deny its Bradford when people start throwing the usual bile at the club.

Maybe it’s his current employer? What with all the fines they keep getting. Looks like there may be another one coming their way after comments made about that poor lad that got beaten up after that final with Halifax.

That may be the case as there is little point in them, apparently, having to introduce segregation. You can hear the racist ranting wherever you are in the ground, so it can't really be for that.

It may be an attempt to stop another "David Singer" beating, when the poor lad received life changing injuries.

However, if my memory is correct he was attacked outside the ground so segragation wont stop that.

What a do. :(

Without going too deeply into it, it was largely to do with 'Asians' (thought they didn't use that word), and Bradford's long connection with them.

The best policing is self policing for cretins like this. The decent folk that follow feath need to make it very clear that it's 2019 not 1979 and chanting 'Paki' defies belief. It's the fellow fans that need to be grabbing a steward instantly or if hard enough have a word themselves.

The club operating on a slim budget must tear their hair out at a succession of fines caused by their own fans insanity.

Don't disagree with any of this but the thread below appears to put paid to "grabbing a steward";
https://forums.rlfans.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=624569

While not decrying the instance in question is bad - I think what was posted about David Singer on social media was far worse.

In 2020 he attended a game of rugby league employed as an ambulance technician with a life in front of him.
Today he is confined to a wheelchair and cannot look after himself.
He was put there via a beating at the hands of Featherstone "fans" - and it is the "fans" from the same town who now (by name) make fun of him.

Its so low - it even beats chanting at Jack Smith to return to Afghanistan to be shot! (I still regret not filming this bunch as I was directly behind them)

The club won't be fined as I guess its outside of their control - and they have been banned. One of them apparently plays for Featherstone Lions!

So in summary - and after reading the latest thread from the Fax fans experience - its a deep rooted problem that likely extends beyond the club. That said I dont see why they can't find these idiots in such a small crowd - they usually end up near me :x
