Possible, depends if he has already signed a deal like rumoured, maybe for a year we will have top class backs, let's be honest how often have we had full strength backs this year?
Griffin off the bench.
Think Kelly will go home at the end of next season, leaving Connor to go to 6.
I don't think we need him. Keep his legacy as a part of the Cup wins. People are striving for us to be consistent, and Faraimo (going on stats) is the more consistent performer of the 2

If we can afford it and still sign 3 forwards why not have both.
As I've said long term signing, could have Fonua for next 5/6 years, how long are the likes of Kelly, Connor and Nauloga going to be around.

Its forwards we need We are getting rolled down the field by most teams i would take Ratu and Connor as a right edge anytime over Fonua and Connor

The HDM article states only Connor, Tuimavave & Griffin are contracted for next season so does this mean Faraimo and/or Naulago may not be resigned if we Fonua comes back?
Its a fine balancing act getting the squad right and maximising the cap etc as think Faraimo has done well and has been a consistent performer. So whilst its an opportunity to being Fonua back I still think we'd have to lose one of the backs to make it a viable option.
We need quality replacements for Mini/Manu, we already have Jones signed but still lack depth in that department if they both retire and simarly in the forwards we need someone who can match Taylor as Paea will be another year older and to be fair as good as he has been on recent form I think the time is right to replace him. We need a replacement for Paea and another player who is capable of breaking/bending to the line as we are a little light in the forwards which does hurt us both in attack and defense. I guess it depends on the progress of Bienek and Brown and how Radfords sees it with Fash & Masi too. Wonder if Green stays he may take on the role of Westerman as Radford has used him in that role before along with Bowden.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Are we not signing forwards aswell?
Already signed one of the best in SL, add to this 3 rumoured NRL forwards.
Griffin to the backrow, which I know you are a big fan of.
It's time fans starting trusting the club, they keep proving us all wrong like you with Radford.
Surely fonua would want more than faraimo and nualago combined? Faraimo isnt as good as fonua but if hes half the cost then probably better value for money and nualago is amazingly good given his experience. My preference would be nualago and fonua on the wing with faraimo going and swift never being signed but suspect well end up with swift and faraimo with fonua going elsewhere and ratu going to a union club
