I dont buy into this Super League contract torn up if club relegated. I could see a 3 year contract being terminated by mutual consent, god knows we seem to have cancelled plenty over the years. Often looking a little foolish for so doing, Akers being a prime example. Any club worth it's salt, might enter a relegation clause of reduced money as that makes sense. Fulham did that & will save tens of millions of pounds as a result of relegation from the Premier League.
Strikes me as loony to offer 1 year contracts unless its to see if a player makes the grade.
Hull is only a couple of hundred miles away, not like coming from Australia. Maybe northerners don't travel well?
Any player signing for Hull KR at this time is taking a big risk. They could quite easily get relegated. Now this may change but sign now and they may run the risk of ending up at a club that has just been relegated.

I have no doubt that if i told you it was sunny you would wait until Midnight to claim i was wrong.
JESUS WEPT HOW MANY TIMES????? £20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000. The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.
There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them.

No risk at all pal, we will be fine. And do you really think the RFL would want a team averaging 7/8k fans out of Super League? Nah. FWIW. I dont think London will finish bottom.
Sorry Rubyred. I seem to remember that Hull KR got relegated a couple of years ago. That is despite all your millions of fans. So finish last and you get relegated, same as us. Unless of course that is they alter Super League to a fourteen team competition. Bradford Bulls who have bigger crowds than Hull KR also they, still got relegated and they have had a lot of success in the league. They did cheat though !! I certainly hope that with all these loan signings, Hull KR are staying within the salary cap.

We have had Jewitt and Scruton retire and sent a couple on loan so should be ok signing a few I’m not as convinced as rubyred yet but I don’t think the RFL would care if we went down themes the rules
