Every time people panic that they won't get a ticket. Every time everyone who wants a ticket gets one.
We are in the South East corner of the stadium, Fax are in the South West corner but only the end block of the South Stand which suggests that if needed we will have most of the South Stand as well as the southern end of the East Stand.
I'm going in a group of four and we are sorting our tickets next week. We won't have first choice of where we sit but we will be fine.

The capacity is 28,700 - don't worry people.
I doubt well sell out our allocation anyway but didn't want to be behind the sticks or low down near the pitch but managed to get through on the phone in the end

It's still up to the SMC, they provide the ticketing service, which includes access to the KCOM stadium via their card readers. Access to other grounds is dependent on the SMC integrating the ticket allocation we get. Not difficult, but needs our membership details to provide a full service. They don't appear to want to do it, or more likely want to charge us the earth to do it. (My guess is that the facility already exists.)
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

Thanks for clarifying ccs. Thought it might be a complicated situation.

It's not really the smcs responsibility to provide us with an online platform for neutral and away matches. It cant cost that much as even championship sides have online ticket sales. Easier to blame the smc and deal with the occasional chaos I guess
