A despicable individual, and it shames us that he was given a state visit.

I can only hope that he's impeached, and that the US recovers from his presidency; although like Brexit here, he has managed to divide the nation, and that will take a lot of fixing.

There is no doubt that trump is a flawed human being - aren't we all. However he does appear to attempt to do what he said he would. Unlike our own robotic career politicians whose opinions seem to depend on the latest social media virtue signal. All businessmen fail at some point before they get it right so he's not on his own in that respect.

Adolf Hittler was also a politician who did what he said he was going to

Really really poor. Whatever you think of trump I don't think he has exterminated 6 million Jews. Are you the type of idiot that screams FASCIST at everyone that offers a different opinion?

We all have flaws but some flaws are bigger than others and can't be just casually dismissed.

Yes, we're all flawed; I often have a chuckle at the times I've sexually assaulted young women, mocked disabled people, tried to ban brown people from entering my country and imprisoned children in cages separated from their parents. Nobody is perfect, right?!

He does indeed attempt to do what he said he would - but repeatedly fails; I don't find that in any way admirable.

Current thoughts - Mago out or get running up them plantations, get fit or get rid.
Maybe a back up halfback, someone with a bit of experience on a short term deal.
Big tall strong running second rower, like a McMeekin or Sironen type back rower.

True. They must prefer politically correct, bland career politicians who knew create knee jerk policies based on emotion and the latest social justice issue.

Being Racist, sexist and homophobic are fairly hefty flaws, dont you think ?
Even if you ignore these fundamental flaws, Trump has grown the US ecconomy based on eye watering levels of borrowing and it's just possible that your new favourite politician could have set the world on it's way to the next recession.
Remember it was toxic debt from the US that led to the financial meltdown just over a decade ago.

Another crash like that will make Brexit look like a stroll in the park

I hope that you and Donald will be very happy together  but, the new messiah, he most definitely is not.
