Why do so many of our players lose all sense and reason when we are winning a game?
Why did Lineham batter someone for no reason? Why did Patton react on 1st tackle when we just needed to complete a set? Why did Murdoch-Masila get roped in by McGuire when it was obvious he was going to do anything to milk a penalty? Why did Cooper pick the ball up when he must have known he was offside? Why didn't Patton get the ball dead?

The Cooper one was just reaction, but after being impressed with Pattons performance I was disappointed with the silly penalty at such a critical time.
Patton had a lousy 5 mins, missing the kick, failibg to put it dead then giving posession away on the first tackle. However, it was his best performance for a while.
Whilst I agree with the general sentiment, as to why we lose composure, I do think fatigue and frustration played a huge part tonight and I'm amazed the players.kept their cool with Hicks.
As an aside, commentary was so poor I felt quite nostalgic for Eddie & Stevo. All we got was brave HKR puahed Warrington to the limit and some idiot they'd just dragged out the pub calling Toby George all night.
Of those, bmm is getting quite a reputation for being a mardarse, it's almost like he is looking for an excuse to throw a strop or he's walking on the field upset and lashing out at anyone.
Im getting a bit fed up with it as it always now seems ro go against him
Half the team certainly looked brain dead and had to pay the price for it when they ran themselves to a virtual standstill at the end of the first half. Yes, perhaps it was due to fatigue from last week, but I am beginning to think this team don't have the temperament to win the bigger games. On the plus side I thought Mamo had a very good game and was solid under the high ball. What a clever signing he has been by Price.
Next week could well be a turning point for us. We have a poor recent record against Catalan and their big pack. And after getting embarrassed by Hull they will be up for this game and to cement themselves in the top four of the table.

Lineham’s I would probably put down to sunstroke, was it for charity or a bet? (The buzz cut). Patton...I had been impressed with but that was plain stupid. BMM the jury is still out as far as I’m concerned every performance seems to be a curates egg. Cooper, pure instinct can’t criticise. Undoubtedly fatigue played its part, frustration with the Robert Hicks show will also have contributed. Was I the only person to hear Hicks say “it’s ok Danny” as he rushed off side at a scrum? On a similar point he shouted “out!” when the ball was still well and truly in the scrum. The Rovers front row half the time weren’t even touching let alone bound.
Just my opinions unless it's a FACT, in which case it's a fact.
The BMM reaction was daft, but it wasn't even a late hit, and Maguire tried to grapple BMM's head as they were falling. The Patton one had me almost hurling the remote across the room
