To be Honest Craig.....I think we need a total shake up and new approach. What have we really done since we first got promoted?

Depends what ‘it’ is. After the last few years many might say that a serious challenge for top 8 in SL would be a big stride forward. I might be one of them, tbf.
To me it feels like when we’ve had a clear idea of what we wanted to achieve we’ve done a pretty good job of reaching our goals. Under Morgan and our first two seasons after Sheens took over. During the Sandercock-Chester-Peacock era we lacked direction or impetus or... something.
Sadly, I think this season has been a bit after the lord mayor’s parade following the (actually pretty tortuous, if successful and cathartic) promotion and survival campaigns. What we’ve lacked more than anything is props, but a couple of bright moments aside it has been flat. That worries me - London have a target they can be excited about trying to hit. For us it feels like another long trudge, and it will be tougher to get and stay motivated for the relegation battle.
'Thus I am tormented by my curiosity and humbled by my ignorance.' from History of an Old Bramin, The New York Mirror (A Weekly Journal Devoted to Literature and the Fine Arts), February 16th 1833.
I get that and since Morgan the 4th and 7ths in league it's been mainly poor fare under Sandy and Chester. Sheens got us up,kept us up but this season so far has been a chore.Yes it's been freakish injury (But apparently we aren't allowed that excuse) .it does sound like a overhaul is imminent and we start again. Hearing lots of positive news about to break but feel the real threat of relegation again leaves us unable to plan anything past this season. The club seem unworried about 12th bit I certainly am.
Depends if they meant really going for relegation/championship.
Ford is not the answer.
Whatever is going on, it seems that now we're joint bottom half way through the season, something has just clicked into gear behind the scenes. Time will tell if it means anything.

I would love to know why you think this, I honestly don't know who will be better off, do you have some inside information?
Let's be honest we have heard lots of things from Rovers the last few years, great recruitment, world class coach, will challenge this year or best youngsters in the city.
Not too many have happened, so no offence Craig, I'll wait and see what happens with the academy before saying who is better off.
Don't take it so personally Dave.Im sure you've read the same comments I have on the subject..I don't follow the youth scene but there are a couple of lads on both sides who do and they tend to be factually correct when they comment but yes lots of meat yet to be put on bone.

Ive only seen stuff on facebook and twitter, but I think I know who you are talking about, knows his junior rugby for sure, although is a Rovers fan, so will have some bias.
I'm fairly confident we will be fine, I have every faith in Pearson and radford, people keep writing them both off (Including me at points) but they keep proving us all wrong.

I’ve always liked Radfords honesty in interviews you know your going to get the truth and not just paying lip service the thing that annoys me about Sheens at the minute
einstien said insanity is when a person does the same thing over and over again but expects a different result
