Made hard work of that one. Once again decisions went against us and heads went. Difference was leeming coming on and injecting some pace from the PTB. We were pedestrian before that.
We need to be playing BOTH him and OB.
We looked good earlier in the season with leeming at acting half then switching to the back row when OB came on.
Absolutely great try from young wardle. In fact our youngsters did very well today again.

Made hard work of it but probably a game we would have found a way to lose 2 weeks ago. Leeming certainly brought us to life tonight.

Jake Wardle is going to be some player if he can stay fit. I do think well be a better side once Turner moves to loose when Leroy returns. JT has much more go forward than Bruno and Murphy and better hands, I just hope he can match them defensively.

Do we have what it takes to beat Hull FC at the moment? were going to have to be much better than we were tonight.

No we don't. We have done well against the teams we can realistically beat this year, 2 wins v London, 2 v Hull KR, they are the only teams worse than us at the moment. We might grab the odd other win here and there but any higher than tenth and we are punching above our weight this year.

No. Just no. AOB is never a half. And certainly not a SH. No creativity, no kicking game. He’s a damn good hooker and that’s where he should stay.

well that was a really frustrating first 40mins! no territory or pressure... felt like same old story but second half we were alot better

credit matagi who sometimes shows flashes of what he can do just not enough and leeming who i have given stick too but he changed the game tonight, better off the bench as an impact player but needs consistency!

mcintosh was better this week too, no errors like last two weeks.

area of concern is still the kicking game for us its so poor and lack of size in the team.

gaskell so important too us but so fragile!
