I love going to Halifax because it's a local derby, a good day out, not to far and if it's sunny then it's a glorious stand to stand in, and the pitch is real good too. Fax fans would really fancy it too and I'm sure it would be a classic cup tie like yesterday. However, with my greedy hat, The Shay only holds 6000. If we drew them at Odsal then I reckon we could push close to 9k. Wakefield would be a good one too. KR would bring a lot of fans.
FC, Catalans, Giants or any of the Lancashire sides don't really whet my appetite.

home club are alllowed to deduct a specified percentage for expenses, and 'i think a small percentage goes to RFL for the cup winners prize pot. After that its a fifty/fifty split. Hence why anounced cup attendances often seem a bit lower than gate looks in real life.

I'm not sure we need another game against Fax. We are already guaranteed 4 contests against our neighbours this year.
Any well supported SL club at Odsal would be good and now I've said that we will probably get Huddersfield and their bus load full, though they're unlikely to get past Saints today I would have thought.

But its the Challenge Cup QF. It would be a fantastic tie for us or Fax.
