What an awesome defensive display to keep the Rhinos out. 2 of their scores were very marginal and could have gone either way. I feel that our defence won us the game. We dug very deep and showed some fantastic tenacity to never give in and keep their attackers out.
It was also great to see Odsal pretty full again. Great effort from the Leeds fans that travelled over, that was quite an away following that helped create an awesome atmosphere. What a great day for the club. I'm off for a lie-down.
First try there was a forward pass on the play before, second try was a double movement. If his momentum would have taken him over then he wouldn't have needed to lift the elbow forward.

After all, he didn't win anything (unlike Brian Mac, for example), other than the prize for losing in the most comic of circumstances (although some recent Leeds performances are up there!). Even more astounding that the guy is *still* coaching in SL... If other coaches had been given that many second chances, perhaps they would finally win the CC too? (Well, maybe not James Lowes...).
For me he was on a hiding to nothing. Money was running out and he was overseeing the transition. I DJ blame Steve whatsoever for his results as head coach.

Cracking result. Defence in 2nd half was very good. We need to keep up level of performance we,ve shown were capable of in last two games for rest of season.
Wonder what odds are of getting fax in next round. All championship quarterfinal to guarantee a championship club in semis.
Fantastic! Don't think words do justice. There is a real spirit in the team and in the club as a whole we've I've not seen for a long time. That win was all about heart and balls. Very proud of the club today 10k is a great effort and was a good following from Leeds.

Great completion rate from us again for the second match running, fantastic performance from the forwards and some nice touches from the backs when they had the chance.
But good god, how bad were Leeds? Those four tries we scored will be some of the softest tries we will score all season. Grant walked in without a Leeds player within six feet of him, Webster didn't even need to jump to catch that bomb, he just stood there and caught in and found himself with a clear run to the line. It took one offload for Hallas to get over and Mikey Wood went through them with ease. We should have known an upset was on the cards when Kirk made a 50 yard break in the first ten seconds of the match! He's never run that far in his life!!
Something is truly rotten at the Rhinos right now. There's no way those players should be putting in performances like that - even moreso now with the prospect of a new head coach to impress. A complete lack of heart and desire on show today.
I’m with you on this we performed over and above 100%.
I could not be prouder.
But Leeds should still have Stuck 30-40 points on us let’s be honest.
I dont like seeing them like this I hope they turn things around.
