He didn't leave Leigh to go to Toronto. Sure it may have been because Rowley had left, but it was Huddersfield that signed Ryan from Leigh. Then Toronto took him from the Giants.

Back on the subject of Brambani, didn't he spend time in Bradford's academy in his younger days? Very underrated player in my opinion, but I'd be surprised if Batley wanted him to leave, especially until Yates is back fit again and they can utilise the DR option on Oliver Russell more.

Yes he did. Then he went to Cas and made his SL debut with them.
As a friend of Dom's, and I know there's a good few of us on here then I'm sure I speak for us all. I'd love to see him in a Bulls jersey.

Always rated Brambani. Not that I've seen that much of him but he's always put in a good stint against us, a bit like Paul Sykes.....

He'll be 34 in May. A couple of years a go I think he'd have been perfect. I would imagine he's a well paid P/T player so not sure if it's the right signing now.

I dunno, I think we suffer by not having a few more older heads in the side

As a player Dom would be ideal for a season or two, but there's no chance he would go back to full time. He has a great relationship with John Kear, but having your key player part time when many of the squad are f/t probably isn't the way to go. I think at the moment the club is happy to develop young players and build for a tilt at promotion in a couple of seasons time.
