They usually seem to run riot against us.

Completely agree. Apart from against Leeds and Rovers our pack has struggled all year. We have the edge in the pivots but no good without a platform. Fifita particularly in sensational form this year. Will need to do a job on these two for sure. Glad Ellis is back.

Do you think we will win or not?

All this stuff you do about injuries, trying to make out we are underdogs every week. I used to think it was just a self defence mechanism. You know, if you convince yourself of this then it won't be so bad if we lose. Then I started to think that it was just your way of defending the club. Make the wins seems better and losses seem not so bad. Now I am convinced that you just do it because you like winding people up and these things will get people to bite (myself included sometimes).

Why not just discuss the game? I have just had a quick skim back through this thread. All of your posts have either been about our injury list (mostly making it sound worse than it actually is, because only a handful would actually be picked if fit) or they have been off topic. Nothing about how you think we should line up, or approach the game, or what threats Wakefield offer, or predictions. It's all just talking down our chances. Then if we do win you will use it (and our league position) as a stick to beat the posters who have been negative.

The clubs mouth piece has officially just been OWNED!!!!

do you think fifita and pauli will cause any damage i was thinking of backing fc -6 pts, personally think its good value,, how many players have you missing? wakey having 2 hookers back and only a couple missing do you think -6 is good value

It's hardly a couple; it's most of the back line (only the right edge is 1st choice) who are out or out of position, the spine is largely untested, and plenty missing from the forwards too. The inclusion of the hookers is useful, but neither have played a single game with the new half back pairing so will take time to find their rhythm. Fifita is possibly less of a threat than you're making out as he's been carrying an injury for the past couple of weeks and has had to put some big minutes in too

I'd say Hull to win by around 8 points

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

Fifita is having a stellar season, isn't he, and we missed 62 tackles in our last outing? We have better halves clearly, but we need a better platform than we've had overall so far this year. I'd save your cash.
