Sorry i didn't see anything other than championship standard on show by either side. Determination and guts doesn't win games on their own (although of course it helps). At least we only had 3 of our first choice starting backs on the field (Gaskell, Cudjoe, Macintosh and Uate missing). I don't think Gaskell is anything special at all, but without him we are clueless. I'll give it to Frawley, he believes that show and go will work every single time (it did once, and he still didn't score), but honestly we were championship standard today and so were they.

I think the last couple of games shows we have little strength in depth.

It's probably time to cut our losses and offload some of our longer term injured players once the season ends

It was after the interception they both seemed to go but tbf to joe he kept up with jake

Nah, it wasn't just then - it was most of the game. Neither could catch their breath.

Everyone around us noticed it. Joe even collapsed to his knees when he came off.

Alas, a search of her Linked in profile shows her employment history starting off with 2 and a half years at the Melbourne Rabbles, followed by a 5 month stint at a PR agency before heading to the UK and working at IMG on the Tennis Desk before rocking up at the Broncos where she's nearly done 2 years. Her interests as shown on Linked include Rugby Union and Cricket....so we've an Aussie from AFL land who likes Union.....

Amanda Purcell is the Commercial Manager at the club. She has a high level of Sports knowledge, having gained her degree from a US private University. She has held a number of roles since gaining her degree and she's a pretty sharp Golfer as well.

Neil Reynolds is used as a match day announcer and he helps out with the 'MEDIA" when he can, but he is a freelancer.

So the short answer is that the club has a PR department and a Commercial Department as well as a bloke who does what Chris Warren used to do back at Griffin Park but no, no marketing department

The Club don't need a marketing department so long as it has someone in place to write the cheques.

As for the mention of the Marketing Guru from the past, I find it amusing that even after years of banishment, he still gets mentioned on here and the sign of a good marketer is that your message is remembered long after you're gone, so I am sure he'd be flattered by your comments.

Oh and I like their fans, not nasty and like a chat.

but they are relegation fodder? expected to be relegated.

Probably so !
But after taking us so close in an away fixture don't think it can carry on much longer with similar Giant's performance's or WE might be there or thereabouts
We won but if WE had shown the spirit they showed I've a feeling it would have been
much easier

Cant really say that about Jake. Hes had 2 poor games where the whole team has been poor as well. He has been injured then played 2 games in 4 days! He will come good!
