Can anyone shed any light on the Farrell red card?

I think the tackler got his face in the way of Farrell's elbow.

Tough watch that. We looked really lethargic (to be expected) but we really need to sort out our last tackle plays and get some runners running back on the inside instead of passing it down the line and all running in same direction.
Should have put a score on Barrow IMO they've won 1 game all year and had a long trip down with their 2nd game in 4 days.

Farrell deserved the red card for throwing an elbow.

To be honest, from my position all I saw was a tackled Bulls' player fighting to get to his feet whilst being clearly held down. He was wriggling about trying to regain his feet so I'm not surprised what got caught. Unless it was deliberate, and I'd suspect it wasn't, I'm surprised that the referee saw fit penalise the non-offender, particularly as his non action on the holding down caused all the wriggling and jumping about in the first place.

2 of second place. 5th actual. Anybody has got to be happy with that. Let's just keep turning the screw, winning at all costs.
