We are not a good side, we have no right to be winning games, and certainly not against Leeds who have more talent in their side than we do. Sadly when one of our halves are missing we are poor, Gaskell is very hit and miss, and unliek most players who have a block of injury, he misses a game, plays a game, misses a game, plays a game. Strangest injuries ever it seems. I still don't like it!
He clearly wasn’t fully fit against Cas. The groin must have still been an issue as he didn’t take the kicks. Perhaps he’s injured it further by playing, either way I’d imagine asking him to play 3 games in 9 days whilst carrying an injury wasn’t an option. So decision could be to save him for the crucial game against London.
