We were 4th at that point but after the Fev game we only won three times until the end of the year.
Hadn't realised we were 4th until that debacle. Remember just willing the game to end, but the injuries kept coming.

Yes, we were going OK. Eight wins from fourteen. As opposed to this year we were struggling away from home but unbeaten at the KCOM including those last gasp drop goal wins over Wakefield and Leeds. Sneyd picked up the knee injury in the comfortable win over Cas the week before the Cup so it could be argued that's when the wheels came off but the Featherstone game made things much worse.

Yes, the easier the better. Not only is is an easy passage but it's also a much needed opportunity to rest a few players. Widnes, Bradford, Fax would all be good draws but we would still need to take them seriously and put a strong side out.
