Purely because I don't want to start a new thread on this, and it's kind of related in the idea of customer service.

When the Bulls were selling season tickets this year, did they advertise them as including entry to home reserve & academy games too? I seem to remember seeing it, but not sure if I'm getting confused with the previous season.

Because I notice when they decide to play them at Dudley Hill, they're saying even season ticket holders have to pay. If they advertised those as part of your season ticket package, surely that was false advertising, regardless of what ground they decide to play the game at?

Can't remember. It used to be free.

Last year they moved the reserve and academy games back to odsal when the weather improved and they were free to season ticket holders.persuming they will do the same this year.probably all money taken at dudley hill stays at dudley hill.

I've no doubt the money is staying at Dudley Hill. But if they advertised free to season ticket holders, then play them at another ground and charging, that's still false advertising. If they're going to choose to play them at another ground, then they should be covering the costs really.
I expect there'll be some small print somewhere that says it doesn't count if away from Odsal, but I'd be interested to see if that was the case or if they're just getting away with it on loyalty grounds like they are with the shirt situation.
