As a side note, I wonder how Brexit will affect the fed/non-fed spots? Assuming Miloudi must come under the fed trained category, I wonder whether this would change?

Can't argue with much of that. Green depends on how he goes injury wise. If he returns from injury and can stay fit it's a no brainer to retain him. Hadley would depend on how much it would cost to retain him. He is a good squad player to have, but if we are paying him big bucks to be in our starting back row then I don't think he is good enough.
Would also look to sign Litten for longer than that if possible. I think he is going to be a star and as Houghton gets a bit older and perhaps can't do the minutes I think they will be an excellent partnership.

Pearson said in one of his recent interviews that Kelly is playing this season for an NRL contract so nailed on that he is returning to Australia. just hope he gets back on the field so we can see him in action once again

I'd agree with all - aside from maybe a 1 year + 1 year option for Sika Manu.
Hadley I'd keep. Give Green the season to earn a deal and prove his worth.
