He could do a good job for somebody only young as well but he was a stand out in the championship like Hill, Walmsley, Bullock. Just needs a chance. Big man as well
We signed an alleged good Championship prop in Bienek. Last I saw, he was injured, then going out on loan for the season.

caps mismanaged simple as, players like washbrook and Logan should of been released and players like mini and manu should not of been kept on.
While Kelly’s a great player on his day , he’s had pretty bad luck with injury’s and the big chunk of cap tied up in him isn’t being justified, and while houghtons been a great servant , if what I’ve heard is true he along with Kelly are the two highest earners we have possible marquee wages.
Question is do they still both justify it?
In my opinion no I think both their wages can be put to more effective use at the end of this season.

In Danny Houghton case,I could be wrong but I always thought that once a home grown player played for the same club for 10 yrs, their salary became exempt from the cap ?

Yes, you are wrong.
Very roughly, for 2019, it's £5k for every 10 games a "club trained player" plays in the previous season, up to a maximum of £100k.
New one on me.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

its not free I think its 50k off the wage However and prepare to stand corrected, I think if you nominated him as marquee, because home grown only 75k counts on the cap. I am not sure if you then get the 50k on top of that also, think you can only use the 50k once in the squad.
