How many millions would it have cost to bring the Boulevard up to standard which in all honesty was a slum in parts? If reports from a few years were correct Adam Pearson wanted to move Hull FC into their own stadium and the prefered location was the old Birds Eye factory on Hessle High Road and he was trawling around looking for investors. The cost of course was astronomical. The North Stand at Craven Park cost around £8 million and that was over 5 years ago. So four similar stands would cost £32 million for a capacity of circa 8,000 if it were to be all seated; more if not all seated. And that's at the prices of over 5 years ago. I don't think that Hull FC are in a good place financially at the moment hence their lack of quality recruitment and their retention of players in 2018. The hospitality facilities at Craven Park compare favourably with other Rugby League stadiums.
No, we occupy the KCOM because we are an anchor tenant and the funding wouldn't have been forthcoming if FC and City hadn't both agreed to be such. FC are financially sound, you won one derby game with a last second try, don't crow too much, you may end up embarrassed in a few games time.

Hey that's 2 straight derby wins please if you can't keep count of that you'll have no chance keeping up with your losing streak. No use trying to count on your fingers it's got way past that.
Hull even have to get permission from the Allam's to put up a picture of Johnny Whiteley and the ground is closed when Hull City want the pitch re-seeding. There's no doubting who rules the roost at the KC and it's not you lot.
We won the last derby of 2018 as well by beating you on your ground with our reserve team so that makes two.I know it must be a difficult sum for you 1+1,but trust me it does make 2.

We were poor last season, for reasons we all know. How we have so many players out again is beyond me, but we gave contracts out to players that should have retired.

After 11 successive losses you would have thought pearson would have spent a few quid after losing watts, who had enough of you and ellis retiring. Only signing thompson who you got rid of because he wasnt good enough and matty dawson, could it be pearson has pulled the plug on spending.?

I think AP regrets the extensions/enhanced deals given out, I don't think he's pulled the plug on spending, jus don't think he sees a lot of point with so many of the squad OOC at the end of this season.

I wonder who weighted the agreement so heavily in the football teams favour? Still paying dearly all these years later. Financially sound? Hmm.
