miloudi won't start on the wing. radford has been singing the praises of the below average dawson since he signed him. The team at full strength isn't good enough to be top 4 and with a stack of injuries will be bottom 4

Jeez where you there? Yes it's only a friendly but try telling that to Saints who still played with pace and enthusiasm no matter who was on the field.
We looked so laboured and slow and devoid of ideas, hardly filling me with optimism. Dawson Jones was awful today and in my opinion should never have been signed and Langtree doesn't look big enough for SL. I liked the look of Levy and Ratu but that's where my pre season optimism ended today. No one wants to get on anyone's back but when we are consistently predictable it is a worry.

Anything changed pre season? NO
Still ineffective in attack Too many unforced errors usual indiscipline goal line defence again very poor
I have said before just dont get the signing of Dawson he is bang average and not Super League standard I expect Ratu to sign before the month end and will start at HKR.Much better defence than Dawson, brings the ball out with some power and as we know has pace. We seems to be a little fitter than last season but that wont compensate for lack of size in the front row and i can see us being rolled down the middle by most of the opposition until we get Green and Bowden back and Westerman who also stiffens our middle. If Kelly is also out for 4/6 weeks which seems likely given the club have gone quiet on his injury then in reality we could be looking at 0-4,confidence again at a low and Radford hanging onto his job till Easter before changes are made. New Australian coach with Gaz Ellis as his assistant.New style, new ideas and someone who can attract some quality players for 2020 when we have a clearout.
all positive then, I didn't go because its a friendly, as far as I know no points available, its a hit out get the cobwebs of, am cert not gonna lose sleep over it, the injuries worry me more, dawson seems to be the new whipping boy before he has even played a single meaningfull match, makes a change from griffin I suppose,
once a black and white always a black and white COYH

Its not just the scoreline or its a friendly warm up game its the fact that we have had a full preseason and apart from we look a little fitter nothing has changed in our ineffective attack, unforced errors, and indicipline so you have to ask why? Surely you can see thats something to be concerned about going into a very difficult season start.

Your right....No points in friendlies and neither in any of your last 11 games of last season. You beat Doncaster convincingly according to your HDM pundit, but lost both now on the trot to Super league clubs. Massive pressure on your team and coach now to start the new season well

I’m not saying you definitely won’t be cack, and I hope you are. But it’s a run out.
vs Huddersfield in 2016 for us was different, btw, for anybody who remembers my despondent response to that.
