That said it’s one thing flinging our speculators like those in a friendly but I can’t see such gay abandon in a real
game as they also have interception written all over them. Perhaps that was where Ratu’s inexperience showed.
Couldn’t really blame Ratu for Johnstone’s tries tbh. When the likes of Fifita are drawing 3 men near the posts then throws an offload it left us short of numbers on that side and they quickly threw it out to leave Ratu against 3 wakey players, didn’t stand a chance
That said Johnstone’s last try was a brilliant team effort

Do you really want to go down this road, which defeats last year are as embarrassing as get beat easily by a part time team at home in the cup, the year your bigger and better rivals finally lifed the cup at Wembley?
Was it in the 2015 cup final in a 50-0 defeat, no that was Rovers.
Was it in the 2016 million pound game which was near impossible to lose, no that was Rovers.
Was it after being 20-0 up against your city rivals after 60 mins to lose the game, no that was Rovers.
Although defeats to Warrington and Wakey weren't great, it's nothing in comparison to the laughable games you have been involved with over the years.

Connor needs to get as much ball as possible. I see him in the halves. This is the conundrum, he might be a great Centre but his talent is bigger than that. If he is to fulfill his potential, who do you cut from the halves. Dunno what the sketch is with Kelly but I'd be thinking if he's peaked, and you'll find out this season, you'll be shopping for a Centre because Connor will walk in to 6.
