Top quality

Looked the real deal a couple of years ago at Warrington. Perhaps lost his way a bit latterly, but still got bags of potential to really make an impact for us

Only just gone 26 too. Looks like that's our recruitment done. A full pre-season for all the team to gel and try cement their place in the team. Bring on the new season.

Really good signing. 100+ SL Games, 26 years old. Try scorer. As Ewwen says some strong competition for the backline. Especially centres. Could see Jake Webster moving in and out of backrow though potentially to ensure he Evans & Gibson are on the field all at the same time.

Would still love to sign Tuoyo though, and wouldn't have minded signing Ben Evans, but that's just being a bit greedy really.

Based on the last couple of seasons Rhys appears very injury prone, excellent when on the pitch but a relatively rare event - hope he goes well for you guys

Well hopefully we have learned from the past and not signed any injured players.

Are you excluding McNally from that?

The phrase politically correct is in itself politcally incorrect so should be rephrased politically stupid!

If all are fit at the same time, it'll be interesting to see what the first choice backline will be. With McNally, Ryan, Gibson, Evans, Hitchcox and Webster, someone has to move out of there. Suspect it may be Webster that plays a bit of back row if all are fit, with the option of moving him into the back line if someone goes off. And of course if all fit, it also gives opportunity to rotate people a little and not burn them out. Some real quality in those backs now, I've always liked Rhys Evans.

It's not looking quite so good for Ross Oakes though eh?

Rhys Evans is the worst RL player I have seen in a Leigh shirt in recent times.

Never looked interested on and off the pitch, injury prone and lazy.

I hope you have more luck with him than Leigh did.
