I provided an internet link that stated Germany pays about 40% more than the UK. Here's a link to Nato's own website that confirms https://www.nato.int/cps/en/natohq/topics_67655.htm
Perhaps you can provide your evidence?

Notwithstanding, I have never given a view either way as I didn't know. What I did know is that Backwardsman clearly stated Germany pays virtually nothing & that that is cobblers. He is also not man enough to admit he was wrong & had no evidence for his assertion. He no doubt read it in the Sun.

This sums up the rabid leaver to a tee, egged on by brazen liars such as Farage, Johnson, Rees-Mogg, Banks and co, who were quite happy to appear on any media outlet that would have them (and they all did, often) spouting untruths, exaggerations and outright xenophobic nonsense, to appeal to the baser instincts of the aggrieved man in the street - convincing them that the source of all the frustrations and disappointment in their lives, was the EU.

We are in a very different place now - the lies have been stripped away, reality has bitten, and leavers are getting nothing like what they were promised, and they never will; nobody "won."

You will find that the true benchmark of contributions is per gdp. Obviously the wealthiest nations should pay more. Obviously Germany fails to pay it’s fair share. I can’t help you if you are unable to grasp basic formulas and information. I don’t read the sun, should I is it any good?.Meanwhile the referendum result remains the same ,the leave movement won and the remain brigade lost.

Sadly you may need professional help, your obsession with farage, Rees mogg and Johnson is distinctly unhealthy. Coupled with the harsh fact that you seem unable to comprehend that the leave vote won. I sincerely hope you can find peace in your life.

Unfortunately what was an internal Conservative Party argument has now divided the country. If Cameron's aim was to sort out the argument once and for all he was utterly mistaken. If anything it's exacerbated the division and spread it. Whatever happens there will be two irreconcilable camps who will be arguing over it for decades to come.

It's funny, go back prior to 2010 and the subject of Europe and our place in it was hardly discussed. Happy days.

And what will they gain from their "win?"

JRM said that it could be 50 years before we see any benefit from leaving.
