A search for Christopher Scholes on Facebook shows he's something to do with elite entertainment ltd who some people say now own the bar. Couldn't find anything about who Mr and Mrs Yeoman are.

I agree we're in desperate need of something official from the club asap even if it's as simple as explaining what's going on with the Facebook page and reassuring us we will have a team next year, it's time for some honesty.

Something was put out on twitter earlier about Bowman joining Oldham so there must still be someone running the social media accounts. Also Keighley news website put out a little article regarding the Q&A with Steve Gill so can we assume this is going ahead as planned?

It seems a lot of money has been spent on the corporate hospitality side of the club.
Yet wages not being paid.

So ...... Lingard and coaching staff have now walked .....

I know no more than the rest of you Halifax, appart from I found out today every club receives money from the RFL on the 17th of every month; three days away. If no one has been paid by the 19th (Monday) at the latest we can assume Austria Holdings have zero interest in even attempting to run the club properly. If this saga drags on into next week then I believe we won't have a team next year, and the club will inevitably fold, at which point the question becomes is there a future for semi pro rugby in the town? Would the RFL allow a phoenix club to immediately re-enter the competition like what happened at Bradford? Can any investors be found to create such a club? Do we as the supporters need to start looking into the possibility of a fan owned club which is the system Rochdale have?

These are the questions we need to answer to ensure that if the current club dies, the cougars live on.

Some good questions there. Thought you had some inside knowledge that's why I asked.
