I very much doubt the atmosphere at your ground had anything to do with it.It just screams lack of thought to deny the possibility of an additional 8000 fans seeing the game live and also the loss of revenue for the clubs. I like the idea of derby matches to start the season but the RFL again show how incompetent they are when they schedule Hull Fc two short turnaround games against HKR following our two trips to Catalan. A five day turnaround and playing on the Thursday night is ridiculous.

I also like the Idea of derby's to get the season going. With all due respect though, don't think you guy's would have got 20k.

Time may tell on that. Just think with your biggest of around 17.5 k last season 20k maybe a bit out of reach. Maybe if you didnt end up on such a big losing streak towards the end, Yes maybe hit the Max.

rovers have the first game because the Good Friday derby is at the KCom this year.

As the Good Friday fixture is at the KC this season, we were always going to play at CP first.
