Yo-yo weight is not good for health and well-being. Returning really overweight is seen as unacceptable by coaches in all sports. I cannot see Radford being happy.

As skilful as Connor is, don't think An Nrl will take a chance with him, think his speed would stop that kind of move , he'd be world class if he had a couple of yards of extra pace . Think any of the top super league teams would love to have him , but personally don't think he'd be tempted , if hull can start challenging. As for where to play him , centre for me all day if snyed and Kelly fit , can make things happen against the toughest defences as he showed yesterday

Why ? As long as he's fit for the 1st game of the season who cares , he doesn't look great , but hey ho, it's November

He now has to spend longer getting fit rather than looking at his durability (as Radford has alluded to) and before he can contribute effectively to the attacking and defensive structures they will be working on

do you??
our backroom staff will get him fit for when it matters, start of the season, its not unkown for players to come back to pre season carrying a little more weight than normal!

…. and it's not that uncommon after concussion injuries, apparently.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?
