Course not i reckon they start at 10 Work till lunch then knock off. Go for a gentle jog, all sorted, turn up on match day and it just happens. Yup agree not demanding at all
Bloke again you didnt read a post correctly. Take the time to read the content before you jump, I didnt say part time refs would be better I actually said it would be easier for the young lads to be part time refs than players. explaining for you - They train two evenings a week, play on a weekend, run the risk of injury and work between 37 - 40 hours a week some doing extremely demanding manual work not everyone is lucky enough to sit at a desk.
Itsmeagain, bit of a daft post though really! Players play because they want to, not because they have to! Part time pros choose to do that. They could very easily choose to do something else. Some part time players also play, train twice a week and do extremely undemanding work like sitting at a desk.
Same as those that choose to ref, the part time ones train when they can and some work between 37-40 hours a week sometimes doing extremely demanding manual work not everyone is lucky enough to sit at a desk! You choose your sport or your role in the sport.
