Quote ="Bull Mania"With Egodo sadly likely out, and us knowing what sort of game it will be, would anyone be tempted to put Garside in the centre and have a rotating 8/10/13 of Bustin/Crossley/Kirk and rotate them with Peltier/Green/Wood.
We got bullied the last game. Wouldn't happen with big drives from Bustin/Crossley/Peltier/Green and the defensive work rate ot Kirk and Wood.
If not then please no Dalton Grant. Pownall and Oakes are both ahead of him.'"
I like your idea of the big six rolling through the middle and it's probably how I'd have them play it but I can't see Kear going for this. Its a bit too obvious and as much as it would shread the nerves, I think he'll end up playing a 17 none of us would expect.
Pownall should be nowhere near the team next week. I was fairly excited when we first signed him as I remembered him being a real danger whenever we played Leigh. Don't know whats happened to him but he's a shadow of his former self and looks very low on confidence.
Garside in at centre would be ok defensively but the guy never passes so it would mean the breakthrough would be needed in the middle of the field... which is exactly where we lost the battle last time around.
I'd go with Grant at wing and Hytchcox at centre.
