I tuned into BCB radio today and must say how impressive the commentary was. The lead commentary kept the flow and was backed up by the knowledge of Chris Minchella. It was good to listen to and Pete Dutton has certainly improved in his commentary. I hope these two do more games and there was no negatives as Gobbo Hobbo was not on.
Yes no loyalty from me ha. Thank you for the kind comments YorkshireRider. I must say I really enjoyed it yesterday, I suppose it helps when the team put in such a good performance.

Ha yeah that’s right. Heard a song similar to that before.
I really do feel honoured when I get asked to do it. I’m under no illusions why I get asked and feel very privileged. Never like to say no, as I know there’ll be a time when I know I won’t get asked

Chav corner will be all over it before you know it! I think it is great getting input from dads of players, especially like Chris where you come froma rugby background and be impartial.
By the way your lad is our player of the year for me

Cheers Steve. I’ve just voted tonight for the fans player of the year, I had to keep it in the family, obviously

To be honest I prefer just to watch, but I do enjoy the commentating. I like to have a few pints before the game but obviously can’t do that if commentating. I get nervous before every game so normally a couple of pints help. I only tend to relax a bit once my lad has had a good input in the game, whether that be a try or good defence and so on.
I was pleasantly surprised to log in to BCB for the first time in ages to hear a family front-up on and off the pitch. Whilst not so down on Hobbo as some, I thought you worked well with Peter, who has upped his game massively from his early days as a draft-in for Mr Caller. But the most satisfying moment was that back flick by Elliot to set up the last try, the icing on the cake of a brace of tries for himself. Definitely the player of the season, been in form pretty much all the time, made tries and scored tries because always looking for the action, just as I hoped at the start of the season. The lethal ball-playing back row that so many on this forum have yearned for.
