So Dixon in squad, but Cunningham out, Lovell banned.
Tough game to call. Salford have been going well, and even without Hastings they're going to be the favourites. I think we might sneak it though. We need to!

Please not channing at half back , not a lover of cunningham playing there either to be honest , what's happened to meadows? looked very promising when he played those few games earlier in the season.

With Hastings out we won't get a better chance to beat Salford. We could do without giving them a 20 point start though.

Get a good start like against Toulouse then it nay be a tight game, let them in early it could be a bad day. It’s been recognised that in a few games leeds/ Toronto that they started poorly, the game plan against the French was to concentrate on a good opening 20 minutes.

Fantastic win and one of the best performances I have seen London give in the 20+ years I have been watching them. Defensively an almost perfect performance - every player deserves credit, but also the coaches for getting such a good defensive line drilled into the players heads. No criticism of the team or individuals, though Salford were poor and one dimensional, but the Salford team probably earns at least 2x what London do.......
At the risk of turning this into another thread about referees, and as a moderator I don’t want to nor should I, I thought the ref today was inept at best and was (in my view) totally biased towards the super league team. Not saying he was corrupt - but the decisions were not consistent across the two teams ( northenbloke - I suspect you will disagree but let’s take it offline as I do t want this thread to turn into a repeat of a couple of others!)
Let’s just salute the team and the players.
Toulouse beating HKR, Toronto losing, interesting times........
