Last night also was to prove what I said earlier. We are 3 players (at least) short of a top 6 side. The squad is not big/good enough to play what could be 50+ games in this league. A couple of injuries and suspensions and lack of form to 1 or 2 and we are struggling to put quality out there.

You could say the same about a lot of teams in this league I’m not sure we can keep up the intensity over 46 games but we look a lot better than some of the so called top teams at the moment
Decent point that. Boro are a typical Pulis team, and a pig to play against, and I thought we did pretty well. O was impressed with Harrison, although we definitely missed Hernandez's extra guile.

I agree. think we might need some more physical players as the season progresses. boro might drop points as they struggle to create apart from set pieces.

Thankfully, not every team in the league is like Boro, and I thought we coped well. I would play Janson and Cooper at centre back though, having said that, Beradi has been way better than I expected so far.

As others have said typical pulis team.physical, organised and give you nothing. Was a stop start game but i thought we matched up well considering and a point was fair.

Thought Siaz was poor along with Alioski. Not sure the two together are what we need. More aggresion and physical presence would have gone down better last night.

I disagree - we didnt draw due to lack of agression or physical presence, we werent bullied. We lacked the cutting edge and quality last pass due to missing Hernandez and Saiz having a stinker on the ball. Just wasnt our night imo.

Bamford missing for 4 months is going to be a blow to the squad that is already pretty thin on players. Whatever happened to the 2 Japanese signings Leeds made? I heard one had left the club. Where`s the other?
