Yeh fair enough , but it wasn't like we have been playing with 11 men and no half backs , this team train together , day in , day out , surely they can put something together with a our starting back line and pack , agree with bombed out , it's the manor of the defeats , we are doing it tough no doubt , but struggling with all the excuses. Just my opinion of course , and always hope to be proved wrong , just not as optimistic as some

No and don't start name calling.

I'm atill waiting for you to name the players for Huddersfield, Wakefield, Catalans and Warrington who are playing when they shouldn't be, not the one who are just not 100% fit. Sneyd, Carlos, Talanoa, Griffin should all be out for the year. Looks like Mini is now.

I don't think he was name calling to be honest.
But you really don't get it do you.
How do we know which players from other teams are injured, busted or playing jabbed up?
It's not a question of which players take the field in terms of quality.
It's the question of our mental effort, commitment and playing structures that are now being questioned.
And as for the players for us you mention why should they be out for the year, are you a medical expert?
If they were as bad as you make out I'm sure the club wouldn't risk their long term health.

I work as a manager and have done most of my life. Once managers let a culture of excuses come into the building you are looking at mediocre results. Team leaders and coaches should never offer up excuses - the staff just jump on them.

Answer this - if we start mostly fit next season then Sneyd and Scott Taylor fall to injury, can we blame the team for blaming key losses? What do you think LR would say after another agonising CC 3rd round loss?
Yep - injuries

It's a mindset and it needs stamping out now! I am not convinced LR and AL can create warriors in adversity

I have lost interest

We were crap in the Super 8s in 2015. 2016 turned out OK. It's not necessarily linear.

Have you considered e-mailing LR with some team-building suggestions?
Seems a shame to let your managerial expertise go to such wanton waste.

Tarquin - fyi The main difference between leaders and managers is that leaders have people follow them while managers have people who work for them. A successful business owner needs to be both a strong leader and manager to get their team on board to follow them towards their vision of success.

Forgive him.
It's a crack house he's the manager of.
