Na as a neutral, if your referring to Millers attempted kick which hit the Saints player, it looked like he was swinging his boot at the ball, mistimed perhaps, penalty yes, but not deliberate.

It's really churlish to characterise it like that; two players challenging quite legitimately (and bravely) for a loose ball - LMS got clipped, it obviously hurt, but he was ok to continue. No intent from Miller, no play-acting from LMS - it does them both a disservice when you turn it into something it wasn't.

On the wider issue of incursion onto the field of play by support staff - pretending to do something other than coach - I agree, it's irritating, and I would've thought a bit dangerous for them; but on top of everything else the ref has to deal with, it's probably too much to expect them to have eyes on that too. Maybe the fourth official, who deals with substitutions and such, could play a role?

Not on this occasion - I watched it on telly, and it did look nasty; his reaction was perhaps a bit OTT, but I don't think he was feigning injury.

I now know why they have the religious moniker because their trainer must possess biblical healing powers. There 30 was injured next to the spot we were awarded a penalty and before the trainer arrived he lept up running back into the defensive line.
It is a rare skill or could he have been trying to fool the referee and delay the tap. They certainly learnt something from the Catalan defeat.
