Bodene. strange signing for them, seem quite strong in 2nd row - but good luck to the guy, been more disappointed if it was Jordan, but there's time yet :(

Didn’t take long for the vultures to begin picking at the carcass.

It will be 50% of the squad. Amazingly same as demise that happened after we got promoted last time! Some bad decisions made. Not keeping many of last years squad, plus keeping KC. Lost our identity this year employing a team of mercenaries. Gonna be a touch year ahead. When will we learn.

Great player, will do well at Wire!
Always an 80 minute guy, a real tackling machine.
Interesting that the "Johnny come lately's" of this world can't see it, but then again, it was the same with Glenn Stewart last season!

Agree with you he is an eighty minute player and has been a great success for us. The game at Swinton is one that I will remember him for, Hutchison and Hall were our halfbacks and Hall in particular was supplying short passes for Bodene to run onto, he ripped the Swinton defence to shreads!
I thank Bodene for his efforts this season. This will now be the third consecutive season we have had a wholesale clearout of playing Staff  what a shambles

You could argue it's the 4th, given the shift of players signing up to Toronto in 2016.

Shambles is the right word. I think Derek Beaumont will be remembered as an owner who's heart was in the right place, but his head and ego weren't. When we finally had the investment there to give us a chance to establish ourselves in SL, the chance was blown due to inept decision making. Particularly in the close season this year.

The fact that the standout half back performance this year was from a utility back sums up why we've failed this season.

As for Bodene Thompson, very good player imo, but was also part of the problem in the early part of the season, when he was clearly unfit.

Anyone got any more confirmed(as in gone not rumoured).
I know Hanson is now a Widnes player, any others?

Have we got any youngsters to get back off loan or such like?

Crooks is 99% sure signed for Hull KR. We and widnes look to be signing or in for Charlie Gubb who was linked with Leigh before the conundrums of this week. What's he like?
