We may not have the overall total funding that we had this year but smart player recruitment could still see us as a very good team if we are full time.
I don't think this season is over with VL, we still have the structure for 2019 to be unveiled. I'm assuming criteria will have to be met for that. Given SL are in charge.

To meet SL criteria would require development (reserves), stadia and being fulltime. None of the above presently carry all three requirements.

I don't think I am Jo. 2022 will see two leagues of 10. But criteria for that will start in 2019 (14 teams in SL). But the two promoted will have to meet the minimum criteria. For the existing SL clubs, they will have until 2021 to conform to it. 2022 will see a 2 up 2 down P&R with clubs being given individual broadcasting rights. Whoever shows it will have to pay for it..

London have a hugely successful youth programme thats paying dividends and are full time(we are tied in with Skolars for loaning players out so they could become the reserves potentially depending on criteria). Getting access to a stadium isn't a problem. You can 'book' them for match days ie Harlequins. You don't need to own a stadium, similar to the likes of Wigan, Huddersfield, Leigh, .......... Franchises would demand much more than those 3 criteria which is where London would fall down ie marketing and fans!

True, if we can find the money. There are certainly a lot of good players out there - many of whom seem to have performed well, against us this season!

Capacity and attendance comes under Stadia. No such thing as franchising.

What an embarrassing post. You haven’t been good enough on the field, so you want the RFL to change the rules to get you “promoted”

The standard of SL (the product) has to increase to support the game. The only way to enforce standards is via criteria. It has nothing to do with changing rules.
Surely you understand by the Super 8's being abolished the next step would be criteria. Some may even say its a safeguard to protect Leeds.
I'm not that small minded so I will stick with standards being enforced.
