I'm not disputing that Alan, I know them to be fact. What I'm saying is the information given to the MRP which is clearly shown on his charge sheet, source RFL Disciplinary website, doesn't show 7 and 9 match suspensions. The info actually shows him painted in a better light.
Also reading the summary of CM's , which is very thorough.
"The MRP felt that contact had been made by the elbow of Mr Acton to the jaw area of his opponent"Not a problem with that,fine leave it there. But they don't, they have to throw a spanner in the works with the last line.
"The MRP felt that a Grade E was appropriate, purely due to the fact that the contact with the elbow was not completely flush onto the head of the opponent" He's either hit him with his elbow or not. They contradict themselves.
