I dont think Adam Pearson will go that far but i am reliably informed he is far from happy after tonight. Expect some player movement in and out irrespective of what Radford has said. Wouldnt it be great watching a Hull team play like St Helens. It didnt happen under Cunningham and it wouldnt happen under Radford as i dont think either has the ability to change and adopt that style of play

Was he carrying a knock tonight? scored a try but seemed very quiet compared to his usual high standards.
Too late to change for next season, the squad is already picked.
Development of the academy to 1st XVII standard isn't good enough, not even close, mental strength/fortitude varies too frequently, basic skills vary too frequently, discipline varies too frequently, attacking and defending ability differs too frequently - well, except in attack in the 20 zone because mostly we're not very good/clueless.
Basically, the coach isn't good enough, the team/club won't move forward with Radford in charge as things stand. IMHO we have a very good 1st XVII BUT it's not coached as well as it could be.
I'd say be prepared for a few seasons of 'nearly' or transition whichever you prefer before we can move forward.
hull are 3 behind us with 10 games to go and you play us in that time. 4th is still alive. You've had an abundance of injuries this year and done well. However, with having a young squad out there will bring inconsistencies.
"I'm sorry, but I would hope that we would beat Cas with a 1 day turnaround."
An arrogant Wigan fan a few days before we stuffed them 18-4 at the JJB.

you don't like Lee, we get it, change the blumin record, why don:t you coach the team?
Getting rid of Lee and the staff wouldn't solve anything. I'm amazed at the amount of people not pointing the finger at an under performing pack or Danny Houghton. There lack of go forward and defence cant be coached into them, they have to want to do it. I dont buy its a coaches job to motivate either, these guys are full time professionals.
Not replacing Watts was a mistake but in the long run Masi will benefit from it. Fash on the other hand doesnt cut it for me.

Amazing thread. My favourite suggestions are that you don’t worry about results and focus on next year and that you have a clear out of the coaching staff. Both excellent ideas, as there’s no danger that further loss of momentum could damage your long-term prospects, and what top calibre coach wouldn’t choose a club where the first slight wobble after two trophies in two years, leads to your firing?

I know you value precise use of language, amenable to simple, literal interpretation, so just to note - no it isn’t and no we wouldn’t.
