1. We're awaiting any news on Carney after this season
2. We are allegedly/might look at Hall

Aside from 'why not both' which would you prefer?

We might be looking at releasing Carney to get Hall and free up an oversees spot, but personally I would prefer to keep Carney.

Worst case we may not have either.

Hall every time, he's miles better at tickling the ivories and he's reet nice to his mam.

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Much as I like Carney he’s not in the same league as Hall but there’s no chance Hall is coming anyway

Roy hall all the way he’s just like Carney big and strong makes good meters but hall can finish try’s where as Carney has struggled abit at finishing compare to other wingers he doesn’t have that acrobatic skills that wingers have these days... not like hall to rovers will happen unless they offer big money but we need the money spending else where I’d like to see how oaks gets on with a few first team games

Not so much fantasy rugby as one of them already plays for us

I can see your points. I would add that I have never seen the same sort of fends or tackle busts from Hall as you get from Carney. If Carney has had a shoulder injury since April that might account for the occasional knock on. You're spot on about spectacular dives in the corner though.

Not holding my breath about Hall. If it is all just conjecture, they must throw more effort behind keeping Carney.

Thought you guys would have moved on from Craig Hall

I can actually see Hall coming to KR next season - Leeds are probably going to re-build after this season and BM has a bad habit of getting rid of all the wrong players at the wrong time as they get a little bit older! Ali Lauititi a prime example when he came to Wakefield.

Ryan will be 31 the back end of this year and has done all there is to do at Leeds and had his testimonial.. He has no desire to ply his trade in Aus and I am sure KR will offer him a better contract than he will be offered by GH.

Its not happening. Rovers have said they've not been in contact with him or his agent and are not interested.
