We do seem to have a bit of a habit of `Switching off` for periods during a game, we have been doing it all season and I wonder how many points this has cost us in the games where we have lost by one or two points? Okay yesterday maybe we could afford to in that second half, although they scored a few tries we were in complete control of the game. Play the full 80 and we have a team that has proven they can match anyone on there day.

At no point yesterday if you look back should anyone think "there's a comeback on the cards" because for every score Widnes had we matched it and we'd done enough in the first half to make sure we had the 2 points.

Regarding Saints on Friday, I remember David Topliss saying that he used to enjoy playing away, as there was no pressure and just went out and played.
He also told this to his players when he was coach, I think this approach is a good option on Friday.

The mistake your making imo is that we are a better team than we actually are. We have to work for our wins and as yet haven’t got the resilience in our players that teams full of internationals like Saints.

It just the reality of the situation, until we gain the prestige of a Saints or Leeds teams will always fact their chances against us.
